We are opening our first ever Lenzo Concept Store in Malvern, Melbourne which will open as soon as Covid-19 Stage Four restrictions lift, or once determined by the government.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 8.30AM - 5.30PM, Monday to Friday.

Tuesday: 10am - 4pm
Wednesday: 10am - 4pm
Thursday: 10.00am - 7.00pm
Friday: 10.00am - 7.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Sunday: 9.00am - 4.00pm

Yes! We have our dedicated Lenzo Concept Store opening soon which will be available for walk-ins and one-on-one appointments, located at 1 - 3 Station Street, Malvern 3144.
Do you stock the products yourselves?
Yes! We stock all of our own products in store and online

As Australia’s biggest online party store, we make it our business to make it easy for you to find exactly what you need in the one place.

- or, get in touch with our Personal Party Stylist for a one-on-one styling appointment. Our stylist will assist you with all of your party planning needs. For $149, you get the advice and guidance from one of our experienced stylists, a weight taken off your shoulders and you get to redeem your $149 on product, in-store and online!
If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, just send us an email and we’ll do our best to help you out with alternative options.
Do you ship overseas?
The short answer is no, however we are looking into making shipping possible for our international customers. For the moment, we only ship across Australia. Check back here as this may change in the near future!
When can I expect my parcel?
Standard LENZO delivery takes 5-10 business days of placing your order, however this may be longer if the items are out of stock or being custom-made.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on products or refunds for change of mind, however we will always endeavour to keep you happy and satisfied. This warranty only applies to unused and undamaged goods. For more information, read our terms and conditions.
If you are still within our 14 day policy you are welcome to visit our Lenzo Concept Store to exchange your order. Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation email with you for proof of purchase.
Your return will be assessed and, if passed, will be added as a credit note to your account.
If you are returning your order from interstate, you can return through your local Australia Post office. Please ensure you get a tracking number to share with our customer service team, in the case that there are any delays. Please see the returns page more details.
My event is tomorrow! Can you help me?
Yes - if you're based in Melbourne! Pop into our Lenzo Concept Store and our retail team can assist you with all the partyware you need. Unfortunately, we need ample time to bake your cake, prepare your helium balloons, organise your entertainment and catering etc. Feel free to ring us on (03) 9981 3589 and we'll see what we can do.
Do you style events?
Yes! Of course we do. Get in touch with our Personal Party Stylist. You're one step away from the party of your dreams.
Do you do corporate events?
Yes! We love our corporate clients. We work with numerous brands to bring their corporate event to life – Send us an email and we can work together to create something that will help you stand out from your competitors.
Can you style events outside of Melbourne?
Yes, we can! Just ask us to help you with your event, and we’ll have our bags packed and ready to board a plane – wherever you are! Or, we can help you via phone, zoom call or email.
Do you offer full set up and pack down of events?
We do offer a full bump-in and bump-out service, if you require it. We can be as involved in your event planning process as you’d like.
Do you offer work experience/internships?
Yes, we do! However we receive large volumes of applications weekly, and are not always able to reply to all of them. If you are interested, send your CV through at email@example.com and we will get back to you if there is a position available.
